Hi, I'm Tushar. A few years ago, a bike accident left me sidelined with a broken leg and persistent pain. Frustrated by traditional training methods that weren't helping, I embarked on a journey to understand the true power of movement. I delved into corrective exercise, martial arts, yoga, and more, discovering how to heal my body and unlock a level of strength and agility I never thought possible.
