Kinesis by Tushar: Refund Policy
We value your investment in your health and well-being. However, to ensure a seamless experience for all clients, we have the following refund policy in place:
1. Private Sessions, Small Group Training, & Individual Massage Therapy:
Prepaid Packages:
Refunds are generally not provided for prepaid packages (monthly or quarterly) once the service has commenced.
In exceptional circumstances, such as medical reasons preventing participation, a partial refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Individual Sessions:
Refunds for individual sessions are possible if requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
No refunds will be given for late cancellations or no-shows.
2. Personalized Retreats:
30+ Days Notice: Full refund will be issued.
15-30 Days Notice: 50% refund will be issued.
Less than 15 Days Notice: No refund will be issued.
3. Corporate Wellness Sessions:
Refunds are subject to the specific agreement with your company.
In general, refunds for group workshops or classes may be considered if requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled session.
4. Exceptions:
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. Please contact us directly if you have any concerns, and we will do our best to work with you to find a suitable solution.
5. Refund Process:
All refund requests must be made in writing via email to [Your Email Address].
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days of the request.
